Toronto Christmas Market....

During the span of December 3rd – 12th, Toronto’s Historic Distillery District held a special market to commemorate the upcoming Christmas season. Toronto’s Christmas Market took place there and was filled with many booths of hand made goods, delicious treats & life local entertainment. Though the week turned out to be a cold one, there were still those dedicated holidayers who decided to visit this new tradition of Toronto. I’m sure this market will only get bigger and better in years to come.

Salty & Christmas....

It’s the Christmas season and Salty and Peppery wanted to celebrate as well! After inspecting some of the ornaments and taking a look at the tree salty seemed to want to be the star of the show by being at the top of the tree!

Highpark Snowfall....

For whatever reason I had this urge to go to Highpark today. I was in the area visiting a friend and figured I may as well see how the snow landed in this large park. It actually started becoming very blustery when I arrived which worked out well given some snow can be seen in the images. I was starting to get cold so I couldn’t exercise too much creativity but here are a few shots. More will be in the photoblog as I get through some more of this Christmas updates. Unfortunately I’ve been very lazy when it comes to updating that blog. I’ve had images to post just haven’t gotten around to do so, hopefully I’ll be more consistent for the next little while.

Christmas Time is Here....

Christmas time is here….Happiness and Cheer. December came and right on it’s heels was the festive season. It’s one of my favorite times of the year, I’m very festive in general, but there is just so much you can do with Christmas and it lasts so long! Last year I tried doing a little video to show the building of my tree through the use of several successive images, and of course I attempted it again. I utilized the suggestion of using a tripod (last year it was somewhat ad-hoc so that thought didn’t’ cross my mind) and added a bit more flare at the end by creating a pseudo Christmas card of sorts.
